OringOne participated in the development of the world's first optical measuring machines for large O-Rings. This allowed us to be among the first to provide customers with the ability to check the surface defects, internal diameter and cord of our O-Rings with extreme precision. The checks performed using optical machines are conducted upon request.
Cross sections available (in mm)
Our Large O-rings comply with ISO 3601-1 class B and ISO 3601-3 grade N. More restrictive dimensional and defect tolerances according to ISO 3601-1 class A and ISO 3601-3 grade S are confirmed on request.
Calculate the internal diameter of your O-Ring from measurements such as the circumference and the cross-section, and vice versa, or get the tolerances applied to internal diameters and cords according to ISO 3601-1 (and ORINGONE integrations).
