The market demand for a high-performance elastomer cord prompted us to create our CordOne. Using the CO.SM.O molding system, we are able to produce a high-quality cord with superior mechanical performance and dimensional tolerances according to the strictest standards.

CordOne is produced using CO.SM.O compression molding, ground, and post-vulcanized to ensure tolerances and compression set at the highest levels, comparable to the values obtained on our O-rings.

Quality Check

The optical machines that are used to check Large O-rings are also able to examine the surface defects of the CordOne. However, this inspection is not standard and is conducted upon request.

CordOne complies with ISO 3601-1 class B and ISO 3601-3 grade N. More restrictive dimensional and defect tolerances according to ISO 3601-1 class A and ISO 3601-3 grade S are confirmed upon request.
